I purchased your software using "Subscription" type license. However, I haven't received any activation code, nor does the activation system in the Software work. What do I do now?

Dear sir/madam, we thank you for your purchase. However, "Subscription" type license does not need an activation code. Once you purchase the Software, your subscription info will automatically be added to our server database, allowing you to enjoy our software without a hitch!
However, if it still doesn't work, then please confirm whether you've signed up with the same email address with which you made the payment.

I Don't have an internet connection, so how can I use "Subscription" type license?

We're sorry to inform you that "Subscription" type license is only meant for computers with an active internet connection.
Q-03?
Why does my Software show an error regarding an incorrect IP?
A.
Our "Subscription" type license works based on your IP address. As such, the Software probably failed to match with the IP address that was used to make the payment for the subscription. Hence, please access the Software from the IP address which was used to make the payment, or buy a new subscription for another IP address.

Why does the Software function as a full version on some computers and as a demo on others?
A.
As mentioned in the above question, "Subscription" type license works on IP basis. An individual license will only work with one particular IP. So please make sure that all your computers use the same IP which was used to make the payment.

Earlier, the software was working in Full Version, but now it has turned into a demo? Why?

"Subscription" type license works for 30 days from the date of your payment. Please renew your subscription for the next 30 days.
